Camper Trailer Hire

From $60 per day

Hiring a camper trailer is a very cost effective way to get into camping without the capital outlay and hassle of owning, storing and maintaining your own. Not only is it cost effective but because we supply everything you need to go with the trailer it saves you a lot of time and effort in packing your own. Our camper trailers are extremely tough and provide great storage and durability. The amount of space inside the actual camper trailer tent is amazing and can sleep a family of six easily. Each camper trailer comes with water tank, sink, stove, battery system, gas bottle, containers to carry extra water.  The storage within the camper trailer is accessed by lifting up the top or through the tail gate. Camping with a camper trailer gives you all the luxuries of a caravan but in a lighter more maneuverable trailer. The trailers are well suited to getting to most places you can take a 4wd and are well suited for remote areas like Cape York and the outback. Other advantages to camping with a camper trailer include:

-You can keep the weight out of your vehicle, improving 4wd ability and safety.

- Unlike a rooftop tent or tray back tent, when at camp your vehicle is free to take exploring , collecting firewood etc.

-Ability to carry reasonable quantities of supplies.

The kitchen swings out from the tailgate on the trailer and includes a 4 burner gas stove, running water and sink. Under the sink is storage for cutlery and utensils. The kitchen can be easily opened up when on the road for a quick lunch or morning tea without having to set up the full tent.

Our hire camper trailers all come with a standard queen size, six inch high density foam mattress that sits on a raised podium at one end of the living area.

All our hire camper trailers are fitted with heavy duty uni directional hitches and mechanical override brakes. Each camper trailer has two heavy duty deep cycle batteries and heavy duty power outlets to run fridges etc. Our hire 4wd's are also fitted with suitable wiring to charge the deep cycle batteries while you are driving.
